I’ve always found it fascinating that there’s usually this incredible joy when school gets canceled due to weather or some other extreme circumstance. I certainly felt that as a young gent. Have you ever thought about or reflecting why this is the case for the majority of people? Sometimes we can get so caught up with checklists and doing things that we fail to reflect why we do them. You guys and gals are now getting to the age where you’ll want and need to start reflecting. Well, here we are: technology issues have separated us and you may be experiencing that joy. All I ask is for some reflection. Here are your choices (choose one and Kmail me your response):

If you have completed all of these tasks already, Email me an article that you think shares something valuable about a topic that you love or have a great deal of passion about. Be sure to summarize the article in 3-5 sentences when sending me the link. |

6th Grade Science 1. Look at the next lesson in your textbook or on the calendar and find a youtube video about it (Bill Nye is always a good one for all kinds of science topics!). Take notes on the video and Complete a document with “3-2-1”: 3-2-1 3 Things I Learned From the Video: 2 Educational Connections (other educational topics you have knowledge on that relate to this) I Made While Watching the Video: 1 Question I Still Have After Watching the Video ***Send me a copy of your notes and include the link/video you used via email. (10 extra credit points) 2. Work on your next required lesson in USA Test Prep. Strive for mastery!
